The aim of this project is “Promotion of Appropriate Housing Technologies and Opportunities for Sustainable Livelihoods in Orissa”. The objectives of the project include:

• Promotion of local building materials and Appropriate Housing Technologies
• Capacity building of various stakeholders in the housing sector
• Building-up self supporting institutions comprising of Artisans involved directly in construction and other affiliated trades
• Networking with bodies having similar objectives, creation of learning platforms and association with existing learning platforms
